Saudi Arabian Marketing & Agencies Company Limited (SAMACO) announced today the appointment of Kerem TAS as General Manager of Audi brand in Saudi Arabia. The appointment of Tas; comes as part of the general framework of the Company's strategic plan to strengthen its presence in the automotive market in Saudi Arabia, and to enhance the presence of Audi cars in particular.
In his new role, Kerem Tas will be responsible to manage all business related to the Audi brand in Saudi Arabia, including the development and implementation of plans for business growth, personnel development, the growth of customer services to enhance the Audi image, as well as streamlining business operations in proportion to the overall strategy of "SAMACO".
Kerem TAS brings over 26 years of experience in the automotive sector in general, and in Saudi Arabia in particular. He has held senior executive positions for many companies operating in the automotive sector during his career. During his studies, Tas also achieved high educational degrees, including a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Turkey, and several postgraduate degrees from leading business schools such as Cranefield University in UK, IMD in Switzerland and Melbourne University in Australia.
