Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Salman has recently honored Panda Retail Company for its active contribution in setting up Khair Makkah welfare investment project, the proceeds of which will go to Disabled Children's Association.
Prince Sultan bin Salman, chairman of the board of directors of the Disabled Children's Association. lauded the efforts made by Panda in support of the cause.
Muwaffaq Mansoor Jamal, CEO of the Panda Retail Company, thanked the king for the honor and said it was a privilege that one of the five towers of Khair Makkah project is named as Clients of Panda Retail Company to be built in Makkah. It would have 12 floors with restaurants, an amusement center and a car area.
The total constructed area pf this business management building is 18,000 sqm. The architectural designs for the project are complete. The official permissions have been granted to begin construction work.
He said that the Panda company has a strategic partnership with the Disabled Children's Association for the last 10 years through a program called "leave the rest for them," as part of its corporate social responsibility. Since its establishment in 2006, the total revenue of the program has exceeded SR45 million.
