A giant leap has been made in bringing modern scientific and academic content to Arabic speakers. The world’s largest Arabic research platform was announced today. “The ADRI Platform” contains the widest variety of scientific and academic research articles which cover over 1,000 academic disciplines including medical science, engineering and many more. Today, the platform has been rolled out where all academics, students, researchers and the general public can access and download their preferred content. The volume and diversity of content on the platform has not previously existed in the history of the Arab world.
The content on the platform has been sourced from leading internationally recognized English journal publication databases which has been translated in volume. The platform will be updated daily and is targeting to have over 200 million articles on it. An additional feature of the platform is a cross lingual plagiarism checker which can detect whether content has been plagiarized in the same language or from English and then converted into Arabic.
“There has been a major barrier for Arabic speakers to access current and relevant academic content as most of it was not available in Arabic. After years of development, Adri has been able to overcome that barrier and will continually work to update our platform with current content. Our aim is to roll out this platform to all universities across the MENA region over the next 2 years so that our academics can benefit from the same quality of relevant content as their counterparts do in the west.” said Ali Mazraeh the Founder and Ceo of Adri.
