LEGOLAND® DUBAI RESORT ANNOUNCES THE NAMES OF THE NEW JUNIOR REPORTERS

LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort has just announced the names of the four new Junior Reporters that won a golden opportunity to become real reporters for 12 months starting October 2022 to September 2023. Omar Alshamsi, Haya Abdelrahman, Kiaan Ruthia and Nour Yildiz Abdellaoui have been selected from more than 60 applications from young UAE residents representing 10 nationalities in the country, as the new LEGOLAND Dubai Resort Junior Reporters.

 

Based on various criteria including creativity, communication, engagement among others, the LEGOLAND Dubai Resort Jury has selected the 11-year-old Emirati Omar Alshamsi; the 8-year-old Egyptian Haya Abdelrahman; the 8-year-old Indian Kiaan Ruthia and the 11-year old Algerian Nour Yildiz Abdellaoui to be the official LEGOLAND Dubai Resort Junior Reporters. 

 

From October 2022 to September 2023, the new Junior Reporters will report to all LEGOLAND Dubai Resort fans across the world through the social media and Youtube accounts of LEGOLAND Dubai Resort. first-hand from events taking place at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort, featuring LEGOLAND® Dubai theme park, LEGOLAND® Water Park and the region’s only LEGOLAND® Hotel, covering Halloween, UAE National Day celebration, Festive season, Chinese New Year, VIP Experience and more. The first event for them to report is the ‘The Monster Party’, celebrating Halloween at LEGOLAND Dubai theme park from 7-31 October 2022 with loads of Halloween original and fun activities.

 

The 4 new Junior Reporters are excellent students in their schools and enjoy various hobbies, each in different field – Omar likes swimming, skiing, and public speaking; Haya likes gymnastics and ice skating, Kiaan likes coding and making games and playing football, whereas Nour likes art, jewellery making and rhythmic gymnastics. 

 

In addition to living their dream of becoming real reporters, every Junior Reporter has won LEGOLAND Dubai Gold Annual Passes for his/her family offering 12 months of awesomeness, covering unlimited entries to LEGOLAND Dubai theme park with its 40 rides and attractions and LEGOLAND Water Park with its 20 waterslides and attractions, including food, beverage and retail discounts at both LEGOLAND Parks and more. Furthermore, the new Junior Reporters will receive an official certificate at the end of their LEGOLAND® adventure, presented by LEGOLAND Dubai Resort senior management as a token of appreciation.
