MAG Property Development (MAG PD) has announced the opening of its first ever sales centre for the UAE. The real estate development company, a division of MAG Group, has established the new facility to service its growing portfolio of properties across the region, with the new 9,000 sq.ft. space located at the Podium Level of Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, Dubai.
“MAG PD is delighted to open its new dedicated sales centre, which has been inaugurated to cater to the needs of customers seeking to find out more about the company’s comprehensive array of offerings in Dubai’s real estate market and to facilitate sales of MAG PD properties,” said Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO, MAG PD. “Located at the easily accessible Emirates Financial Towers in DIFC, the facility will enable potential investors and buyers to come in, view MAG PD’s existing and future offerings and discuss all aspects with our sales staff,” he added.
A key feature of MAG PD’s new centre is its ‘mockup’ zone that features high quality scaled reproductions of the company’s under-development projects. This includes 2 replicas of fully furnished apartments that allow customers to visualise the space and make more informed decisions with regards to their property purchases.
With current project estimates at over AED 5 billion, MAG PD is one of the prominent names in the region’s real estate industry. The company’s new sales centre will service its completed and under-construction developments, including the landmark Emirates Financial Towers at DIFC, MAG Complex (Sharjah), MAG 214 (Dubai JLT), MAG 218 (Dubai Marina) and MAG F5 (Abu Dhabi).
Among MAG PD’s forthcoming projects currently in the pipeline are MAG 1001, located in the Downtown Dubai area and designed by SOM, the renowned firm responsible for the design of the Burj Khalifa; MAG 230, which is situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road facing Al Barari; a project at Jumeirah Village; a project at Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi; Polo Residences (Meydan), Polo Townhouses (Meydan), Art Centre (Dubai) and Shummous Residential (Sharjah).
The company recently launched MAG 5 Boulevard, a new integrated affordable housing community offering exceptional value-for-money in one of Dubai’s most anticipated strategic locations, Dubai World Central (DWC). MAG 5 Boulevard will break ground at DWC later this year, with the handover of its Phase 1 scheduled to start in Q1 2018.
