Since the start of the Hajj season, the center has received over 47,000 calls, providing various services to the pilgrims, including answering inquiries, offering health consultations, and addressing urgent reports. Additionally, the center offers real-time monitoring and follow-up of requests and reports, immediate translation services, and prepares periodic analytical reports to facilitate decision-making.
Pilgrims can reach the center through multiple channels, including telephone calls to 937, the X platform, email, and WhatsApp. A team of administrative staff, specialists, and consultants works around the clock to provide the best possible services to the pilgrims.
