MIS wins 2 projects worth SAR 101.8M with Ministry of Health

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that it was awarded two projects with the Ministry of Health (General Bureau), at a total value of SAR 101.8 million, including value-added tax (VAT).

The company said in two separate statements on Tadawul that the first project, valued at SAR 41.9 million (including VAT), involves operating and maintaining the digital infrastructure of 15 hospitals in the Central Region.

The second deal worth SAR 59.9 million (VAT inclusive), focuses on the operation and maintenance of the digital infrastructure for 23 hospitals in the Eastern and Northern Regions.

The contracts are expected to be signed on Feb. 26, 2025, the statement indicated, noting that there are no related parties.
