Granted to organisations that demonstrate a high standard of Quality Management Systems, achieving this accreditation is part of the importer’s ongoing commitment to increase customer satisfaction. By helping to implement streamlined processes and improve operational efficiency, the certification means improved reliability and increased performance, with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
