Continuing with bold initiatives as part of its customer-oriented strategy, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the authorised dealer of Jaguar Land Rover in the Kingdom, launches a new comprehensive service plan to further enhance its customer experience of purchasing a Jaguar vehicle as easy and stress free as possible.
New owners of Jaguar’s product line up will now get a comprehensive service plan up to five years or 65,000 km, whichever comes first.
“With the new service plans, our aim is to offer our customers a level of service that meets their individual needs and gives them a peace of mind for as long as they live with their Jaguar product. Jaguar as a brand is known for its dynamic and premium products and as part of our Customer First Principles, our aim is to make sure we provide a hassle free, premium experience to everyone who purchases a vehicle and becomes a part of our family.

The new service plan includes “Wear-and-Tear” components which enable the replacement of car parts that might wear out due to normal use and ageing. Replacements will include and is not exclusive to windshield wipers, brake sensors, and brake pads. In addition, any worn car parts will be replaced during the regular servicing of the vehicle, which take place as per the approved Jaguar service intervals.
This latest initiative comes in line with Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors’ commitment to maintain its highest-quality in providing a level of service to meet and exceed its customers' expectation.
