Najm for Insurance Services first insurance entity to receive Uptime Institute Tier III Constructed Facility certification across GCC

Najm for Insurance Services has been awarded the Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility (TCCF) by Uptime Institute, the leading global source for data centers tier certification. Najm is currently the only company in the insurance field to have such accreditation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.

The certification was awarded to Najm Main Data Center Riyadh, following a rigorous inspection of the facilities and operations by Uptime Institute experts from the United States and the United Kingdom upon its completion in November 2020. Najm had already earned the Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents, a prerequisite for the construction certificate, which ensures the facility is compliant with the high standards of service availability and continuity.

Commenting on this accolade, Najm CEO Dr. Mohammad AlSuliman stated that this certification reflects Najm’s continued investment in infrastructure upgrades and its commitment to advance digital readiness, supporting its role as the backbone of the motor insurance sector, in line with the general direction of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the digital transformation goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
