With almost three decades of experience, Pasquale is definitely a game-changer!
Pasquale’s rich experience comes from working with international hotel groups, catering companies, launching successful stand-alone restaurants alongside fine dining outlets within five-star properties. Pasquale is truly an extraordinary chef with out-of-the-box ideas and mouthwatering recipes that will surely take Media Rotana to the next level.
Not only is Pasquale a world-class chef, but he’s also a great leader equipped with extravagant management expertise, such as leading a team of over 50 personnel, maintaining global standards, planning strategies and overviewing operations, and much more.
In his own words, Pasquale is “Embracing a vision for excellence, improving operations, and delivering the success that should be achieved”, couldn’t be said any better.
Coming from Italy, Pasquale is well-versed academically, holding a Diploma in Food and Catering from “Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Di Stao, Assisi Perugia – Italy”, alongside various seminars, workshops and training programs.
Aside from his 26+ years of experience, Pasquale is multi-award winner, such as “Senior Member of the Emirates Culinary Guild” and “Bronze Medal for live cooking competition by the Emirates Culinary Guild” in addition to “Silver Medal for live cooking competition by the Emirates Culinary Guild”.
Pasquale is no stranger to Rotana, having held many positions in different Rotana hotels over the years; however, Pasquale still preserves his culinary flaming passion and is excited about his new position as he looks forward to bringing further success to Rotana.
