NWC has launched its monthly electronic invoice system via its E-branch (nwc.com.sa) to speed up the billing process for customers and cut paper usage, contributing to environmental preservation.
Eng. Yusif Al Said, NWC’s Senior Manager for Customer Services and Invoicing, IT Executive Directorate, said customers can receive, review and manage invoices electronically every month at any time.
The E-branch provides all NWC services around the clock to its customers. Services include the option to review electronic invoices monthly and calculate the estimated cost of their invoices.
Eng. Naif Al-Ossaimi, Acting Executive Director for Customer Experience, said NWC launched the E-branch to deliver customer service according to the highest international standards.
Eng. Al-Ossaimi said the E-Branch allows customers to access all services electronically without needing to visit NWC branches or Customer Services Centers. The facility is also accessible through devices such as tablets or smartphones.
After registering, customers can benefit from all NWC services including requesting a new water or wastewater connection by uploading the required documents, add accounts if they are tenants living in rented accommodation, and change the owner name (if the building is registered in the name of another person).
