Invested in its human capital by qualifying them with internationally accredited courses

The National Water Company “NWC” launched the second edition of its "Future Leaders Program”, which aims to empower on-the-job high-potential employees and prepare them as a second line for future leadership occupations.

The company indicated that 50 employees from all clusters of the company were enrolled in the program across the Kingdom. NWC stressed that the company applied the program's specific selection criteria in order to optimize human capital investment and place all trainees on a single line of competition; to benefit from their full scientific and practical expertise in order to serve their leadership, homeland, and community.

The company explained that enrolment in the Future Leaders Program would engage in special training courses for 10 months to qualify them. They will be given various training modules, such as direct and remote training, as well as discussion panels, practical training, and coaching. The program will be sourced through a leadership development organization with internationally accredited training programs in order to instill leadership skills in the trainees, in accordance with the international best practices in this respect.

"The Future Leaders Program is designed with a single edition and diversity of training methods and tools. At the end of this program, graduates will have the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve a vision aimed at investing in human capital, as well as to activate and intensify the career journey, and to sustain the company and prosper its business" NWC said.
