Oman Air is introducing the fifth frequency per week between Muscat and Paris Charles De Gaulle from 25th October 2015.
Oman Air first launched flights from Muscat to Paris in 2009. Since then, its four flights per week have attracted huge demand for travellers from the Middle East to Paris, and from Paris to Muscat and onward destination. The forthcoming increase from four to five flights per week will once again confirm Oman Air as a significant presence within the European air travel market.
Abdulrahaman Al Busaidy, Chief Operating Officer at Oman Air, announced the increase in the number of flights to Paris, saying:
“Oman Air is delighted to be operating more services between Muscat and Paris than ever before in response to the growing demand from Oman and international markets. Clearly this an endorsement of our valuable customers on our superior services and exceptional product. This means that many more air travellers will have the opportunity to experience Oman Air’s unique, award-winning onboard service, inflight dining and aircraft interiors. Whether you wish to discover Oman’s awe-inspiring natural beauty and warm hospitality, or explore the cultural and retail delights of Paris, flying with Oman Air is the perfect introduction.”
The move comes as Oman Air continues its current programme of major fleet and network expansion. The programme was launched in late 2014 and will see the airline’s fleet size increase from 30 aircraft to 57 aircraft by 2018, and top 70 aircraft by 2020. The expanded fleet is enabling Oman Air to launch more new destinations, increase frequencies on established routes and offer more convenient connections at Muscat International Airport.
As of 25th October 2015, Oman Air’s flights between Muscat and Paris will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
