QNB opens new branch in Jeddah

Qatar National Bank (QNB) has expanded its presence in Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new branch in Jeddah.

Abdulla Mubarak Al-Khalifa, QNB Group CEO, said that Jeddah is one of the region's most important economic markets, making the new branch a valuable addition that supports the group's efforts to enhance and develop its banking business within the Kingdom in particular and the region in general.

According to Argaam data, the new Jeddah branch is QNB's second in Saudi Arabia, following the opening of its first branch in Riyadh in 2017.

In September 2015, the Saudi Cabinet licensed QNB to open a branch in the Kingdom.
