Curated by a diverse team of international chefs, Rüya Riyadh’s sharing-style dining experience is designed to whisk diners away on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey that showcases the diversity and universal appeal of Turkish cuisine. From hearty and soulful dishes like the classic pide (a flatbread with bubbling cheeses, melted butter and egg) to mouthwatering meze and juicy kebabs grilled to perfection, every dish at Rüya is meticulously prepared using finest and freshest Turkish ingredients. 

For those with a sweet tooth, Rüya’s inspired dessert menu offers the sweetest end to any meal. Beloved Turkish recipes are reimagined to create tantalising creations that perfectly blend tradition with contemporary influences. Unmissable desserts include the Çikolata ve Türk Kahvesi, dark chocolate and salted caramel kibbeh with cardamom and Turkish coffee cream, Firin Sütlac, a traditional Anatolian rice pudding topped with rose ice cream and lokum and Hazelnut Bahlava, with whipped kaymak, caramelised milk sorbet and cinnamon. Rounding off the culinary offering are Rüya’s delightful mocktails featuring unexpected, refreshing combinations of fragrant hibiscus, rose, pomegranate, honey, spices, citrus, mint and more. 

Rüya is set to open its doors to a beautiful Terrace, just in time for the upcoming stunning weather. This inviting outdoor space promises to be the perfect haven for those looking to savor their culinary delights al fresco.
