Rawasi Albina inks SAR 10.6 mln contract with Al-Fahd Co.

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. signed on Oct. 10 a five-month contract with Al-Fahd Company for Trading, Industry and Contracting, at a total value of SAR 10.55 million (VAT inclusive).

In a statement to Tadawul, Rawasi Albina said as per the contract the company would implement the infrastructure works for the National Housing Co.’s (NHC) Al-Ersal Land 51 project in Riyadh.

Rawasi Albina expects the related financial impact to reflect starting H2 2023 until Q1 2024, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
