Roshn signs SAR 7.7 bln agreement with Chinese firm to build residential villas

The Roshn Group, one of the major projects of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), signed a partnership agreement with China Harbour Engineering Company to construct residential villas in the SEDRA and WAREFA projects in Riyadh, with a total value of up to SAR 7.7. bln

Roshn tweeted on X, formerly Twitter, that it expects the contract to run for 45 months, adding that the contract includes the upcoming phases of the two projects.
