Samsung Electronics Levant Implements Smart Educational Approach in the Jubilee School

Under the Patronage of Her Majesty Queen Noor Al Hussein, the Jubilee School of the King Al Hussein Foundation (KHF) celebrated the launch of the smart interactive class which was provided by Samsung Electronics Levant, a global leader in in digital media and digital convergence technologies.

Introducing at the Jubilee School Samsung Electronics Levant's smart class enhances the innovative approach in transforming the educational process into an interactive learning experience in the classroom. This smart classroom is equipped with Samsung tablets, interactive smart board and the latest curved monitors, which have been integrated to the school's system. This partnership is a significant step towards enforcing the e-learning strategy which the school has launched at its 20th years anniversary, to enrich the learning process for students by utilizing the newest technologies efficiently inside and outside the classroom.

Her Majesty Queen Noor Al Hussein, Founder and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the King Hussein Foundation, joined the students in launching the smart class and commended Samsung Electronics Levant for their contribution to improving students' competitiveness by creating  a unique educational environment that will foster creative and critical thinking, scientific experiences, and advanced technology, hoping for this initiative to reach the largest possible number of students and teachers in Jordan and beyond.

Mr Changsup Lee, President of the Samsung Electrics Levant stated that: "Integrating innovative technologies and smart solutions will improve the educational process significantly, which is the optimum goal that we aspire to achieve, and we are proud of our partnership with the Jubilee School with its talented and gifted students."

Since its inception in 1993, the Jubilee School has been a pioneering model, in developing the academic and leadership potential of outstanding scholarship students from diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds in the country and the region. The School focuses on critical thinking, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), e-learning, girls’ leadership, citizenship, conflict resolution, and community service.

Samsung Electronics Levant invested in creating partnerships in the field of education with institutions from both the public and private sectors working with children and youth, and who are interested in utilizing advanced technology to optimize the educational outcomes and creativity for children and youth.

Officials from Samsung Electronics Levant, the King Hussein Foundation, and the Jubilee School Director Suha Joaneh, attended the launch of the smart class at the Jubilee School.
