Saudi Ground Services Co. (SGS) renewed its contract with Flynas by signing an agreement at an expected value of SAR 2 billion, on April 13.
The contract duration is five years starting from Jan. 1, 2024, SGS said in a statement to Tadawul.
Under the contract, SGS will provide ground-handling services for Flynas' domestic and international flights. The package will include ramp and passenger services at all airports in Saudi Arabia.
SGS said it expects the contract to be sustainable for the company’s revenues through its duration, adding that there are no related parties.
The agreement was concluded within the normal course of business and did not grant any preferential benefits, it noted.
