Shalfa signs SAR 162 contract with Presidency of State Security

Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on Feb. 24 a 60-month contract with the Presidency of State Security worth SAR 162 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract entails providing operation, maintenance and cleaning works for the administrative buildings belonging to this directorate in Riyadh.

A positive financial is expected to reflect starting from H1 2025, the company noted, pointing out that there are no related parties to the deal.

In December 2024, Shalfa was awarded a contract by the Presidency of State Security to provide operation, maintenance and cleaning works for the administrative buildings belonging to this directorate in Riyadh, Argaam data showed.
