The Shoura Council on Monday called on the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to study offering incentives to the private sector for investing in Saudi human capital in less developed regions and for appointing Saudi nationals to leadership and executive positions.
The council also urged the ministry to educate citizens about the various services it offers to benefit them.
It also directed the ministry to conduct a study to include Saudi employees working under the “flexible work system” in the Nitaqat program to boost Saudization in the private sector. The system allows flexible contractual regulation to help citizens work on an hourly basis while helping them supplement their income and protect the rights of employees and employers.
