Strategic Partnership Binds Mohammad Al Mojil Group (MMG) & Eydat Al Khaleej

Mohammad Al Mojil Group Company (MMG), a specialized Saudi  contracting company, announces on Monday Sept. 14, 2015 a memorandum of understanding with Aydat Al Khaleej Co. Ltd.; a limited liability company presided by HH Prince Sultan Bin Saud Bin Mohammed Bin Saud Al Kabeer; and active in construction and commercial businesses in KSA.

The MOU is agreed to be for (5) five years starting Sept. 14, 2015 and primarily intends to bid for and execute high-profile construction in Oil & Gas and other projects as the market demand is exponentially building up on outfits with vast expertise and capability that can carry out projects within clients' rigorous criteria and timeframes. There are no related parties in the MOU.

Remarking on the MOU, Aydat Al Khaleej Chairman HH Prince Sultan said, "We are pleased with this alliance with such a group of this history like MMG that has been well operating for nearly sixty years in the construction, oil and gas industries. Such alliance enables us to bid for and implement projects that add to the Kingdom's prosperity and progress under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.  

MMG President Eng. Hafiz Al Shafei commented the MOU as "MMG stands in the middle of an important phase that would walk it to wider business horizons. The trust that Aydat Al Khaleej has pinned in us is indicative of the vast resources and capabilities that this company rests on. We are certain that we can produce accomplishments through our alliance with Aydat Al Khaleej supported by  close supervision by HH Prince Sultan Bin Saud Bin Mohammad Bin Saud Al Kabeer.
