Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi is inviting its guests to a fabulous Summer of Discoveries at the iconic beachfront resort. Featuring an eclectic line-up of experiences such as a summer kids camp with Manchester City coaches, cooking classes, sound baths and Day Luxe indulgences, available until 30 September 2022.
Let creativity run free this summer with Studio Coe where guests can enjoy pottery and acrylic painting workshops for up to six guests. Each participant will have their own wheel and be taught through the process by an expert tutor. Available for both children and adults, Palace Potter is priced at AED 200 and AED 350, respectively.
Younger guests can sign up for the summer of their lives with an array of exciting and engaging activities that will help them explore new opportunities at the popular Summer Camp for Young Explorers, organised in partnership with The Pro Kids from 4 July to 28 August. What makes the summer camp more special as part of our partnership with Manchester City on 8, 15, 22 July and 5, 12 and 19 August children aged between 6 and 14 will be trained by Man City’s coaches from 9am to 1.30pm.
In sports, the new tennis and padel programmes by Emirates Palace Racquet Club presents the best time to pick up a racquet, either as a beginner or as an experienced player. Whether it is one-on-one or in group sessions, all age groups and ability levels are welcome to join the club.
Whilst children are having fun, the resort has curated a range of experiences for parents to enjoy too, including wine certification classes by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), the world’s largest and most respected wine education and certification organisation. WSET Level 1 and 2 are priced at AED 1,500 and AED 3,500 respectively. The Palace Sommelier masterclass takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 2 July to 25 September 2022.
Coffee lovers can dive deep into the world of coffee making with a masterclass by the hotel’s talented Head Barista Richmond Forkuoh who will help them achieve an acceptable knowledge of coffee roasting and blending. The Palace Barista workshop will end with a lunch at Vendôme.
Other food & beverage activities include an array of cooking classes that will turn anyone into the next master chef. With participating chefs of Talea, Hakkasan, Martabaan and Pastry, the cooking classes are scheduled for every Thursday at 3pm and priced at AED 500 per person, per class.
