Lexus has confirmed its participation in the 11th edition of the Luxury Motor Show (EXCS11), which will be held at Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh on October 5 – 8, 2017. It has been ascertained that Lexus is getting prepared to take fans of luxury cars by surprise during the show through showcasing a group of its 2018 models, including the all new Lexus LS 500h, which is expected to capture the attention and interest of spectators and experts of the luxury car segment. As always, Lexus has allocated a pavilion uniquely and specifically designed for this event.
The pavilion is fully equipped with latest optical technical features to entertain the guests and visitors, and acquainted them of the latest innovations of Lexus 2018 models.
The Lexus LS 500h is equipped with the new Lexus Multi Stage Hybrid System, which provides enhanced responsiveness and linear acceleration, particularly when accelerating from a full stop. The power train features a 3.5-liter V6 Dual VVT-i V6 gasoline engine and two electric motors, together delivering maximum system power of 354 hp, and four driving modes, including sports driving mode.
The car was revealed soon after the premiere appearance Lexus LS 500 at the 2016 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, where Lexus launched the hybrid version of this car under the name "Lexus LS 500h" during Geneva International Motor Show in 2017.
The Lexus LS 500h is built on the new Lexus Global Architecture - Luxury (GA-L) platform. This platform ensures a low center of gravity and optimum weight distribution, as well as high rigidity of the chassis which allows the new multi-link suspension to be tuned to achieve enhanced handling performance and the supreme comfort. The Lexus LS 500h is fitted with a compact, lightweight, lithium-ion hybrid battery. It is 20 percent smaller than l hydride unit featured in other cars, yet has a higher power density.
Omotenashi, expressing the unique sense of Japanese hospitality, defines the LS 500h's whisper-quiet and luxurious interior. Supreme comfort is provided by front seats with 28 power adjustment, heating, cooling, and massage functions in all seats, this is in addition to display and control screen of 12.3 inches.

The all-new Lexus LS 500h is lower by 1.5 centimeters than the current LS model, where the hood and the trunk lid have been lowered by approximately 3 cm and 4 cm respectively. The all-new Lexus LS 500h is the first Lexus sedan with a six-side window design and an optional of 19-inch and 20-inch wheels.
The GA-L platform is the stiffest in Lexus history, setting the stage for enhanced handling, ride smoothness and cabin quietness compared to LS precedent model.
