The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) has received two awards by the International Stevie Business Awards 2022, considered among the highest international business awards for creativity, institutional excellence, and human resources. The Ministry ranked first and was awarded a Golden Stevie for Human Resources Department of the Year and for rganization of the Year (Government Organizations).
The awards ceremony, recently held in London, was attended by a delegation from the MFNCA, led by Abdullah Al Abdouli, Human Resources Director at the Ministry of State for FNC Affairs, who accepted the two awards on behalf of the Ministry.
His Excellency Tariq Hilal Lootah affirmed that winning the two awards from a reputable international authority is a tribute to the Ministry’s journey of excellence in its path full of achievements. He added that the MFNCA seeks to implement the best global practices and standards, as per the directives of the UAE leadership, translating the national strategies aimed at achieving quality and leadership, through the provision of efficient, innovative and transparent administrative services.
H.E. Lootah extended his sincere thanks to all MFNCA employees for their important role in continuously achieving success and working to enhance institutional work and reach new levels of creativity and innovation, while continuing to persevere and achieve the best possible results and outcomes.

The MFNCA’s win at the Stevie Business Awards 2022 out of more than 3,700 public and private entities representing 67 countries comes as a result of the efforts made by the work team to improve the quality of work and innovation and based on the Ministry’s consistent approach towards achieving leadership and excellence.
