Thirty Two Dubai Culture Employees Graduate from ‘Nahj Dubai’ Programme

Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the Emirate’s dedicated entity for culture, arts and heritage, has announced that 32 of its employees recently graduated from the ‘Nahj Dubai’ programme organised by the Dubai College of Tourism.

The programme provided an ideal platform for the Authority’s employees to enhance their professional capabilities and contribute to the consolidation of Dubai’s tourism and culture sectors, provide them with improved communication and interaction skills, as well as to improve the visitor experience for guests at our sites, events and exhibitions.

‘Nahj Dubai’ is a digital training programme designed specifically for hotel, airline, airport and shopping centre staff who have direct contact with Dubai visitors and are required to provide accurate and relevant information about the city. The programme also caters to people working in transportation, leisure parks, tourist attractions and other visitor destinations.

The programme is an ideal tool for developing capabilities and helping specialised teams to provide outstanding services and enjoyable experiences that remain unforgettable in the minds of Dubai visitors. The trainees had the opportunity to access information, participate in interactive activities, and gain further knowledge of Dubai's history, heritage and future developments. The programme also focused on the Emirate's attractions and advanced infrastructure, as well as the different tools that can be used to enhance customer services.

Dubai Culture aims to enhance Dubai’s cultural scene and draw attention to the Emirate’s rich heritage with a variety of initiatives that take place throughout the year. The Authority’s mandate is to build bridges of constructive dialogue between different civilisations and cultures through enriching initiatives that benefit the Emirate’s citizens, residents and visitors.
