Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah) announced that its 100% owned subsidiary, International Medical Supplies Co. (Premma Health), signed a SAR 69.4 million contract with the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Under the 365-day contract, which will start as of July 10, Premma Health will provide ortho and spine consumables.
There are no related parties to the contract, the company said, adding that the relative financial impact will expectedly appear in H2 2024.
Tibbiyah was awarded on May 13 a SAR 87 million contract by the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs through Premma Health. The contract came within the NPT0019/22 award, data compiled with Argaam showed.
