WSM inks SAR 2.2M contract with King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve

WSM for Information Technology Co. signed a contract worth SAR 2.2 million (VAT included) to build, develop, and manage a website and mobile application for King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve.

In a statement to Tadawul, WSM pointed out that the duration of the contract is 24 months from the date of receiving the site.

The deal is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financials from 2024 to 2026.

The necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on May 1, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
