JUJITSU player Yara Qacic made a silver medal at the Asian Championships on Friday morning, taking Jordan to six medals. The Jordanian national team ended its participation in the continental tournament held in the Mongolian capital Ulan Bator, with 6 medals including gold, 3 silver and two bronze medals.
Bassel Fanous gave Jordan on Thursday a gold medal in a weight competition under 94kg. While the three silverware came through Abdulkarim Al-Rasheed in a weight below 69 kg, and Samah Abu Ragheb in weight above 94 kg in addition to Yara Qaqish in the weight of under 60 kg. The two players, Hussein Al-Rasheed, weighed under 77 kg, and a box with a weight of under 94kg increased two bronze medals.
