"Our participation in this event is part of our strategy to contribute to the implementation of the Kingdom's 2030 vision, which is focused on providing controls, cooling, and energy efficient solutions, especially within the hospitality and tourism sectors, in light of the great transformation that the Kingdom is witnessing in various fields. The hospitality industry is becoming significant to the government and private sectors, which makes the provision of smart solutions in the areas of cooling and controls, one of the requirements of the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center”, said Dr. Mohanad Al Shaikh, CEO of Al Salem Johnson Controls (YORK).
YORK's air conditioning and cooling units are distinguished by energy efficiency, power-saving, engineering designs and smart controls technologies, as well as durability and reliability for high-quality operation under extreme conditions. Furthermore, energy consumption is reduced by 20-25%, making these units the first choice for residential, industrial and commercial sectors.
At the exhibition, the company showcased the YGFC, one of the Saudi-made Fan Coil units, used in the ventilation of several hotels and other projects, featuring a wide range of airflow, low noise, easy installation, and energy efficiency. A number of YORK chillers were also presented, which are capable of lowering annual energy costs by half, while reducing energy consumption intelligently with standard variable-speed drive.
