Home Owners Association Manager

This course aims to build basic knowledge and awareness and provide the participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and trends to develop their capabilities in managing the owners' association. Through this program, we will learn about the basic concepts and the framework of the owners ’association, the types of owners’ associations and the roles of the association’s managers, with an introduction to the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the owners ’association. The structure and responsibilities of the owners' association, the ethics that they must meet, how the meetings of the owners ’association are managed, and how the financing fund is managed.
