Al Hammadi Hospital, one of the modern medical facilities in Riyadh, KSA was established on a land area of 35,000 m2. The hospital started its operation on April 1985, corresponding to month 7 – 1405 Hijri, as the largest private hospital in Riyadh at that time with a capacity of 150 beds. At its very beginning, the hospital provided treatment and therapeutic services for various specialties in more than thirty-six (36) out-patient clinics. At that time, the number of intensive care beds for adults is seven (7) and twenty (20) beds for incubated babies while ten (10) beds for intensive care for children. The surgical operation beds is five (5), the recovery room beds is four (4) and there’s five (5) delivery room beds. Likewise, the Physiotherapy consisted only of four (4) rooms at that time receiving patients in two timings (two hours for women and then two hours for men) morning and evening.
