Board Of Grievances

The Board of Grievances is an independent administrative judiciary body which is directly associated with King. It seeks establishing justice, equity and effective judiciary control over the administration works through the lawsuits presented before it to ensure good application to the laws and regulations and enabling right owners for Grievances means in the manner guaranteeing protection of rights, application of Shariya provisions, achieving justice and restitution of Grievances. Therefore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gave much concern since its unification to allocate a body to decide in Grievances up to the time of forming the Board of Grievances ​and deciding its jurisdictions pursuant to the royal decree No (M/78) dated 19/09/1428H and the law of pleadings before it issued by the royal decree No (M/3) dated 22/01/1435H.​
