Workshop held to develop Yemen’s sports sector

The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) recently held a workshop at its headquarters in Riyadh to develop the sports sector in Yemen.

The workshop was attended by representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Sports and the Yemeni Ministry of Youth and Sports.

During the workshop, a committee was formed to closely observe developments in the Yemeni sports sector. The workshop also discussed various reconstruction and rehabilitation projects as well as development initiatives to be studied to identify priorities.

The SRDPY has carried out more than 193 projects in Yemen.
