The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) received, on May 31, approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on awarding a project worth SAR 999.18 million.
In a statement to Tadawul, Tawuniya pointed out that it will provide health insurance services for the ministry’s employees in compliance with the agreed terms and conditions.
The contract term extends for two years starting today, June 1, the statement added.
A positive financial impact is expected to reflect on the 2023 gross written premium, the insurer said, noting that the deal does not have related parties.
