The second week of Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025 officially opens its doors today running until 27 February at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center at Roshn Front. As the Kingdom's largest construction event extends its new two-week format, the second week will focus on the finishing and design stages of construction, sustainable urban solutions and innovations that shape the final stages of construction projects.
Following a highly successful first week dedicated to foundational and structural aspects of construction, the second week of Big 5 Construct Saudi will highlight advancements in fit-out, windows & facades, building interiors, marble & stone, landscaping, smart cities and sustainability-driven technologies. With a growing demand for innovative solutions in these segments, the event’s expanded format will showcase six specialized co-located events, including Windows, Doors & Facades Saudi Arabia, Marble and Stone Saudi Arabia, Heavy Saudi Arabia, Saudi FM & Clean, Urban Design and Landscape Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Hospital Design & Build Expo. This diverse offering allows for cross-sector collaboration among local and international brands, aligned with the country’s Vision 2030 goals.

The second week of Big 5 Construct Saudi will host a series of high-profile discussions and panels, featuring industry leaders and experts who will address key trends shaping the finishing and design sectors. Big 5 Talks will host over 75 expert-led sessions across seven streams, including facilities management, green buildings, healthcare design & build, technology, project management, architecture & design – facades and architecture & design – tech.
One of the key highlights in the second week is the Architect Leaders Forum Saudi, where visionaries, industry pioneers and thought leaders will come together to redefine the future of architecture and design in Saudi Arabia. Starting today, the two-day forum will address the evolving role of technology, sustainability and cultural identity in shaping the built environment.

Vetrotech GlassSMASH Challenge
Building on visitors’ engagement, the second week of Big 5 Construct Saudi hosts the Vetrotech GlassSMASH Challenge, inviting attendees to put their strengths to the test. GlassSMASH runs daily from 6:00-8:00pm, challenging participants to break Vetrotech’s VETROGARD glass.
