The award is subject to many key criteria that the nominated companies must meet, including outstanding financial performance, ability to acquire customers, development and expansion potentials and, price-performance match, the brand's market share, customer ownership and customer service experience, whereas Frost & Sullivan conducts independent research, statistics and field studies to determine the level of achievement of the award’s nominees, and in light of the results the award is granted.
