Bahrain king, Alwaleed discuss regional and economic issues

Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), visited Bahrain on Wednesday.
Prince Alwaleed was received by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, personal representative of King Hamad at Bahrain International Airport.

The prince was accompanied by a delegation that included Fahad Alsukait, CEO of Alarab and Rotana Group, Hassna Alturki, executive manager for International Relations to the chairman, Hassan Mukhtar, manager of Private Affairs, Fahad bin Nafil, senior executive assistant to the chairman, Ahmed Altubaishi, executive assistant to the chairman, Mohammed Alfaraj, assistant manager, Travel & External Affairs, and Lulua Hamzah, coordinator, Travel and External Affairs Department.
During the visit, Prince Alwaleed met with King Hamad at His Majesty’s Palace.

During the meeting, the king and Prince Alwaleed discussed a number of general local, regional issues and the global economic climate.
Moreover, the two discussed economic, educational and social issues related to their respective countries.

The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, personal representative of the King, Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, personal representative of the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, minister of the Royal Court, Sheikh Ahmed bin Ateyatalla, minister of the Royal Court for Followup Affairs and Sameera Rajab, Royal Court special envoy.

In 2014, Prince Alwaleed visited the Kingdom of Bahrain and met with King Hamad.
Also in 2014, King Hamad attended a gala dinner hosted by Prince Alwaleed at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, France.
