The company is in the process of obtaining other necessary licenses for the Al Kharj project.

Meanwhile, Batic Real Estate is studying diverse investment opportunities in the logistics real estate sector, whether in purchasing and developing lands or acquiring logistics real estate projects in Riyadh.

The Saudi-listed firm aims to benefit from the sector's rapid growth, achieve sustainable and reward returns for shareholders by maximizing the return on the value of current assets, achieve profitable returns from real estate development, invest in the logistics real estate sector, and realize capital gains.

The company added that any material developments will be announced.

This comes in line with the growing business landscape witnessed by Saudi logistics, including the launch of the master plan for logistics centers in 2023, and the readiness of Riyadh to host Expo and Vision 2030 projects, which will contribute to opening promising opportunities in the logistics sector, with rising population and demand for warehouses.
