Guests can enjoy a spectacular range of gourmet food and beverages, carefully crafted by Bateel’s chefs to reflect seasonally-relevant ingredients and flavours. Available from March 16th, the new menu will be offered in all cafes across the UAE.
The innovative Seasonal Menu includes a fine selection of hearty soups, salads, sandwiches, main courses and desserts. Highlights include the Tortellini Soup, a traditional Italian clear broth served with chicken tortellini and grated Parmesan cheese, and the Green Burrata Salad, served with warmed artichokes, fava beans, asparagus and lemon confit. The new sandwiches and wraps, such as the Beef Focaccia with Besaola, are perfect for those seeking a delicious and balanced meal. For a wholesome main course dish, the Scallop Baba Ganoush, topped with pomegranate, focaccia croutons, Parmesan shavings, is an exquisite offering. Finally, the menu features a variety of delightful desserts such as the Mont Blanc, a hazelnut streusel with mixed berry compote, vanilla Chantilly and chestnut cream.
