Cielo’s 2014 Success Reflected in Client Satisfaction and Expanded Relationships
Cielo, (formerly Pinstripe & Ochre House) the world’s leading pure-play provider of global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, today reflects on its record growth and major successes in 2014. With 18 client renewals and 23 new RPO partnerships or partnership expansions across the North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions, Cielo solidified its global leadership position.
Cielo found success in a number of strategic engagements, including working with a post-merger internal mobility project, building and maintaining a talent acquisition team for two Fortune 500 spinoffs, hybrid end-to-end recruitment for a leading consumer insurance company, as well as several new employer brand development programs with both existing and new Cielo clients.
Healthcare Construction and Engineering as well as Manufacturing, are the industry sectors in which Cielo realized the greatest growth in the Middle East and North Africa region. Overall Cielo secured a healthy mix of project recruitment solutions and end-to-end full Recruitment Process Outsourcing partnerships.
