Cisco announced today that it has bestowed upon the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), an award for “Outstanding Self-Service Customer Experience.” The award, presented by Rabah Zarzour, Client Executive – Strategic Accounts SP, Middle East Region Cisco at a ceremony which took place at Gitex 2015, was accepted on behalf of STC by Eng. Nasser Sulaiman Alnasser, Senior Vice President of Technology and Operations.
“Providing a world class customer service experience is a top priority for STC. Our self-services are considered the largest such service ports in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
