The all-you-can eat buffet offers a lavish spread of Indian delicacies to be shared with family and friends. As the new crescent moon signals the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, it initiates an exciting time for Zafran’s chefs who delight in the daily preparation of the culinary Iftar feast. Break your fast the healthy way by starting with a glass of laban to hydrate and energize you followed by consuming dates and some fresh salads. Follow it up with a choice of soups, a selection of hot and cold mezze (Fatoush, Hammous and other local favorites) and your favorite Zafran main dishes after a whole day of fast (Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Malai Kebab, Tandoori Prawns, and Dal Bhukari, to name a few). End the feast with an array of mouthwatering dessert as well as a selection of specialty beverages including Ramadan juices, tea and coffee.

Specially prepared using the freshest ingredients with local palates in mind, the wide Iftar buffet spread priced at KD 7.500 per adult and KD 4.500 per child includes tandoor grilled kebabs, tikkas, chaats, special curries, elaborate biryanis with saffron and long grain basmati rice. It also consists of a selection of dressings, chutneys and pickles. In addition, the à la carte menu will also be available throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
