Flamingo Room by tashas Riyadh unveils debut Ramadan celebrations

The immersive dining destination is embracing of the Holy Month with a sumptuous set menu served against the twinkling backdrop of Bujairi Terrace

Evoking a sense of wonder this Ramadan and bringing loved ones together, the beautiful Flamingo Room by tashas Riyadh has unveiled its debut iftar and suhoor festivities. Elevating the cherished traditions of breaking the fast to a new level of grace and luxury, the restaurant, inspired by African glamour, will offer an exquisite set menu for two, filled with authentic Ramadan delights laced in European flavours.

As the sun sets across the Wadi Hanifa and glamorous Bujari terrace dining destination, the acclaimed restaurant – part of the inimitable Flamingo Collection – will transform into a culinary destination like no other. Surrounded by whimsical pink walls and furnishings inspired by the raw beauty of Africa, guests will be able to savour the four-course set menu of much-loved Flamingo Room dishes and timeless Ramadan fare.

Specially designed for a minimum of two diners, bringing loved ones, couples and families together and encouraging a sense of community and festivity during the Holy Month, ‘Ramadan’ set menu is available for SAR400 per person. The feast begins with Arabic Coffee, Dates and Soup, along with warm Loukoumades, before moving on to a choice of starters that includes Arancini, Fried Calamari and Meatballs. Offering a light and nourishing course, a choice of salads includes Texas Salad, Beetroot Quinoa Salad and Goat Cheese Salad before an array of hearty mains. Creamy Mushroom Orzo, Baby Chicken, Tiger Prawn, Rib-Eye Steak (+SAR350) and Lobster and Prawn Vol-Au-Vent (+SAR290) delight diners, along with a choice of sides. The feast ends with a choice of dessert: Amira, Saffron Cake and Flamingo Room’s famous Baked Alaska (+SAR30).

The set menu for two is also available for suhoor, where the night skies of Diriyah will illuminate the Flamingo Collection and add a sense of magic and excitement to the dining experience. Guests are invited to dine late into the night, embracing the spirit of Ramadan and creating a warm and inviting ambience for special gatherings.
