Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa announces the rejoining of Imad Akil as the new Executive Assistant Manager. In his new position, Imad is responsible for managing the hotel day to day operations and deputize the General Manager in his absence.
Imad’s journey with Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa began in 2008, where he initially joined to assist in the management of the Front Office Department and then as Director of Front Office, leading the team for about two years and half.
Imad rejoins his new team from Park Rotana and Park Arjaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi, where he served as Director of Rooms. From an impressive management background spanning Qatar, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, he brings with him almost 16 years of hospitality industry experience, having worked with Rotana, Hilton and IHG.
With his enthusiastic ability to take on new challenges under the Front Office Department, Imad joined several pre-opening teams for Rotana namely Al Ghurair Arjaan by Rotana and Al Ghurair Rayhaan by Rotana, Amwaj Rotana in Dubai and The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
