Makkah Hilton & Towers Appoints New General Manager

Hilton Worldwide also promotes several other employees in various positions around Makkah
Makkah, March 2015: As one of the first five-star hotel chains to open in Makkah, the Hilton Towers has been a landmark in the Holy City for over two decades. Reflecting their dedication towards Makkah, Hilton Worldwide intends to establish several more hotels in the future as part of their contribution towards the development of the city.
Makkah Hilton & Towers is pleased to announce the appointment of Ibrahim Al Fati as the general manager of the hotel. Al Fati has served as the hotel manager for the Makkah Hilton & Towers for the last fifteen years and has delivered exceptional performance levels through the efficient streamlining of services seen under his tenure.
Mr. Al Fati holds an MBA from Western Illinois University USA, where he graduated prior to joining the hospitality world. He maintains a clear vision and through his knowledge of the industry creates an environment that enables true hospitality towards guests and collaboration with team members. His dedication towards guest service reflects the style and policy that Hilton upholds in delivering hospitality at its highest levels.
Additionally, Ibrahim Atwa has been the appointed as hotel manager for Makkah Hilton & Towers after serving as Director of Business Development for over a decade. His experience will no doubt serve in the role of developing hotel resources and magnifying the financial performance of the property.
Mr. Atwa has spent over thirty years at the head of several departments in various countries with Hilton Worldwide hotels in the MENA region and has reaffirmed his dedication to applying Hilton’s principles to uphold the finest hospitality standards.
Hilton has also chosen Essam Al-Ashry to head business development for Makkah Hilton &Towers. Mr. Al-Ashry has been with the organization for the past fifteen years. During this time he was dedicated towards enhancing the performance of Hilton Suites Makkah, especially during the initial stages. At the helm of this position he enabled the hotel to surpass industry standards through continuously adapting performance by adhering to Hilton’s values.
Mr. Al-Ashry pointed out that improving hotel performance requires a high level of overall quality and efficiency that allows the organization to maximize revenue and at the same time ensure that the highest levels of guest satisfaction are maintained.
