The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh has announced the launch of the eagerly anticipated Mediterranean nights at its all day dining restaurant, Al Orjouan. Every Tuesday from 7pm and until midnight, Al Orjouan will be transformed into an immersive Mediterranean experience that will transport its guests across the shores of the legendary sea with flavourful infused experience.

On Tuesday nights, for 295 SAR per person, guests of Al Orjouan restaurant will be greeted with fresh Mediterranean drinks before they proceed to indulge in a variety of enticing Mediterranean flavours. In addition to the extravagant food selection, experienced chefs will be present on the restaurant’s floor to interact with guests and share their recommendations and culinary secrets.

The delectable assortment of culinary delights include Mediterranean favourites such as tapas, pan fried foie gras, fresh oysters and a large selection of seafood which will be grilled, steamed, fried or poached to the diners’ preference at the live cooking stations.
