The fifth edition of Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress is being sponsored by His Excellency the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, who will also make the Keynote Address on Day One.
The exhibition and conference is set to take place at the Dhahran Exhibition Centre "Expo" from 18-19th September is held with Founding Partners, Bahri and Seatrade Maritime. With its main partners, The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) and the Transport General Authority (TGA), as well as strategic partners, Saudi Aramco and IMI, the two-day event aims to bring together experts and specialists from the global maritime transport and logistics sector to share knowledge, experiences, and insights. It also seeks to foster investment and strategic partnerships, explore opportunities for growth, and support the National Transport and Logistics Strategy and the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The event will feature more than 10,000 participants, 50 speakers, and various sessions and workshops covering important topics such as interrelated logistics; supply chain; ship construction and repair; oil sustainability; digitization of maritime transport; maritime safety; energy transformation and workforce development. The conference will also address pressing issues, challenges, and solutions related to the maritime transport industry while promoting cooperation among countries to achieve common goals in this vital industry.
The goal of this edition is to provide recommendations and proposals that will improve the maritime transport industry and enhance the sustainability of logistics services in accordance with international standards and leading models.
