Ministry of Commerce drafts 10 high-priority laws, regulations in 2023

The Ministry of Commerce is drafting 10 draft laws and regulations of high priority in 2023.

Six draft laws cover consumer protection, commercial registration, trade names, commercial transactions, brokerage and rules for establishing government companies.

The draft regulations are related to the family business charter, corporate governance regulations, executive regulations of the commercial registration and trade names laws.
